Lisa Bröstler

Lisa is a qualified social worker, a prospective systemic therapist, and an enthusiastic improvisational theater performer and trainer.
Her goal is to encourage people to try new things and expand comfort zone – always with a pinch of humor and the conviction that the greatest opportunities lie precisely in the imperfect.

Simone Ruckstuhl

Simone has been the initiator of Fuck Up Night Mannheim since 2014. She is a freelance photographer and passionate improviser with her own ensemble at the Improtheater Mannheim.

Jana Mohr
" Mistakes are helpers, just spelled differently. "
Jana's professional passion is as a social worker and trauma counselor. Her personal passion is improvisational theater. These two passions come together in the "How to Fuck Up" workshops. Authentic self-reflection and the ability to laugh at herself are her keys to navigating life's paths.

Drei wunderbar menschliche Frauen eröffneten mit dem offenen Workshop einen Raum, in dem Fehler nicht nur erlaubt, sondern ehrlich willkommen waren.
Mit viel Lachen und Leichtigkeit macht der Workshop erfahrbar: Fehler sind keine Stoppschilder, sondern Sprungbretter.

Der Austausch in der Gruppe, der theoretische wie praktische Input und die Zeit zum Reflektieren haben den Tag sehr kurzweilig gemacht.

Am Besten fand ich die Improvisationsübungen. Ich glaube, wenn ich nächstes Mal vor Publikum stehe und meinen Text vergessen sollte, kann ich das nun überspielen ohne dass jemand etwas merkt ;)
